The discovery of the importance of being grounded for the human body maybe one of the most significant of our time. Humans are electrical beings, every function of our body relies on our electrical fields.

When our bodies are connected with the earth's electrical fields it regulates our body's functions by sharing electrons and electrical fields. Want to be Healthy? Here's What You Need to Do

Okay, so many people are trying different diets, or are practically starving themselves to lose a couple of pounds. What people don't realize is that these diets are only a short term solution and they usually eventually gain the weight back. If you truly want to be healthy you need to do a few things.

  • kaleTo truly be healthy you must make a few changes to your diet. I know this is cliche but eat your veggies! You mother always said it, and guess what. She was right! The more greens you eat the healthier you will be. Kale, spinach, alfalfa, broccoli, asparagus, whatever it is...green is good for you!
  • The next thing to do on your road to a healthier lifestyle is to not eat so much meat be it red or white. We are raw vegans and eat no meat, yet we are healthy and happy. Want to know how? We eat alfalfa every day, we put two Tablespoons of our Organic Alfalfa into our breakfast every morning (we also eat it for lunch). Alfalfa is really a good source of not only protein but also many minerals and vitamins. You don't need to eat meat at all, but if you're making a small step you will want to cut back on your meat consumption.
  • Finally, if you're looking to live a healthy lifestyle and lose weight because of that you need to cut out all processed foods from your diet. Chips, sodas, frozen meals all have one thing in common. They have been processed to death. Almost literally as most of them have near 0 nutritional value. Not to mention all the preservatives and artificial flavourings and colourings! They're just plain not good for you.

So if you're trying to keep that New Year's Resolution, or you just want to be healthier you should eat more greens, eat less or no meat, and try to not eat so many processed foods.

It's just that simple!
