January 2020 - Food For Thought

We are so appreciative for the ease of access to information that is available to us these days.

There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be uninformed on any subject unless they choose to be. Which I fully support as well.

My point is that we have choice, not limitation, due to outside circumstances.

I also find it absolutely amazing how information finds its way into our lives as we focus our intention in a particular direction.

The following snippet of information puts a whole new spin on the familiar saying, "You are what you eat."

Organ transplant recipients, are carefully studied by reputable hospitals and scientists, while the recipient's body adjusts over time to the organ of the donor.

Studies have shown that often the recipients tend to have unusual cravings for foods they never craved before, BUT, which were the foods craved by the donor of the organ!

The organ transplant recipients often became interested, after the transplant, in an activity that they later found out was of interest to the donor.

For example one young woman all of a sudden became fascinated with riding motorcycles, drinking beer and eating pork rinds! Her donor turned out to be a young man, who liked motorcycles, drinking beer and eating pork rinds!

There are many such examples on the records.

One of the conclusions that has been drawn, is that the cells of the organ have a "memory", or what some folks would refer to as a "consciousness" that is not limited to which body it is attached.

So what does this have to do with YOUR health?

Let me ask you a question.

When you consume organ meats or flesh of other living beings and bring them into your body, do the cells of those tissues have memory or consciousness too?

I have heard that there are studies now showing that humans are/and have been, taking on more and more characteristics of the animals who's flesh they consume. Meaning that of a lower state of being, one example would be being in a constant state of fight or flight.

Just something to think about as we venture into a new year of opportunity, to speak our truth by how we choose to live our lives on this beautiful planet that has served us all so graciously.

In my personal opinion, if one truly desires to have a grass-roots positive impact, we can do our part to stem the tide of the effects of climate change by choosing a Whole Food Plant-Based way of living.

I also respect your choice.

Wishing you Health and Happiness in 2020 and far beyond!!

That is what it is all about!

It is our joy to serve you!
